They help extend the service life of constructions, reduce maintenance requirements and improve insurability by protecting roofing systems, insulation materials including EPS, concrete and steel against fire spread, degradation and corrosion.
For commercial roofs with PV, AllShield BarrierSheet is our standard solution. This ultra-lightweight non-combustible cover board is installed beneath a new waterproofing membrane and is FM 4470 and FM 4478 Approved for applicable roof assemblies.
Alongside BarrierSheet, AllShield develops specialty mineral protection technologies for selected applications. Depending on the application, our mineral technology can be applied as a liquid system, cast into shape, laminated into prefabricated components or manufactured as lightweight panels. These specialty solutions are used in specific projects or remain under further development before wider commercial release.
Made from natural minerals, with low CO₂ emissions and energy-efficient production, AllShield combines sustainability with independently tested performance. Our technologies have been tested by ZAG, Efectis, SGS Intron and Kiwa BDA and include FM Approved solutions under FM 4470, FM 4478, FM 4482 and FM 4484 Approved.
